  Challenges:

§  Implement Salesforce for their field service engineers and develop automations and processes to streamline their messy business process.

  The Solution:

§  Salesforce Sales and Service cloud implementation with Enterprise edition to effectively orchestrate the Sales and Service processes of the customer. Development of a custom App which could be used to structure and develop an Air testing solution which could be further licensed to other service providers. Custom Development using Apex and Visual Force along with several Salesforce automations was used to develop the complete solution. Conga was used for document generation.
